Dave,

I've been to many lodges, resorts and outfitters in Ontario in my 30 years in the HVAC distribution business. My experience with your resort is seriously, one of the best in my memory!

From Eric, yourself, Stephanie, Gina, Dan our guide/dock manager and all of the rest of the Totem associates I can tell that you folks are definitely in the "relationship business that we spoke of at Saturday's shore lunch! Your "culture" of treating all customers with respect and integrity runs through your entire company!

As for 2007, I would like to get the details relative to booking with a deposit now and what the rates are and any other details that you are offering.

On a personal note, my son, Jared had such a positive experience that he has enlisted his brother and me to convince this mother, my wife to take a family vacation to Yellowbird too! He also has made me promise to take him to the Minneapolis Sports Show to see your booth next March.

Dear Eric;

I'm writing to thank you and your staff for making our annual Principal's Retreat on May 18 and 19, 2006 a wonderful experience and great success.

As always, the accommodations and service at Totem Lodge were outstanding. The cabins were extremely comfortable and the level of personal service provided by you and all your employees was exemplary at all times. The food was excellent, and enjoyed by all who attended. Of course, the hospitality hour you personally hosted was very much appreciated by our group.

We couldn't have asked for two better days, weather wise, and both our local and traveling participants commented numerous times about how fortunate we are to have access to such a superb place for a retreat in Northwestern Ontario.

Again thank you for helping to make our retreat a successful event. We look forward to returning to Totem Resort next year.

Dear Mr. Coulis;

My sons Rob, Ted and I want to thank you and your staff for making our stay with you last week simply wonderful. As a previous owner of a cabin/island on Georgian Bay north of Toronto, I know how very hard it is to keep all the people happy all the time. Your staff does a great job including your managers, waitresses, cooks, dockers, van drivers, and guides. In particular, we want to pour praise on our guide Adam as part of the Holings group.

Adam's contagious positive attitude, knowledge of the waters, and friendly spirit are only out shined by his dedication service as being our only guide who prepared our first day shore lunch in the rain. We certainly appreciated his putting us on quality as well as quantities of nice fish including some beautiful lake trout. We hope that you have had the opportunity to battle some lake trout from 100' down.
